- Datos de pago: los ingresás directamente en los campos seguros de Stripe. Nosotros no vemos ni almacenamos el número completo de tu tarjeta; Stripe nos informa solo datos limitados (marca, últimos 4 dígitos, país).
- Datos técnicos: dirección IP, dispositivo, navegador, páginas visitadas y datos de interacción mediante cookies y píxeles (por ejemplo, Meta Pixel y Google Analytics).
- Datos de soporte: lo que nos escribas por email.
3. Para qué los usamos y base legal
- Procesar tu compra, entregarte el producto y enviarte los emails de acceso — ejecución del contrato.
- Procesar las ofertas de 1 clic que confirmes después del pago — ejecución del contrato.
- Prevenir fraude y gestionar reembolsos o reclamos — interés legítimo.

4. Con quién los compartimos
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) — procesamiento de pagos y prevención de fraude. Stripe conserva de forma segura tu método de pago solo para los cargos de 1 clic que confirmes. Política de privacidad de Stripe.
- Proveedor de envío de email (Resend) — para enviarte el acceso a tu compra.
- Hosting (Hostinger) — alojamiento del Sitio y de los archivos descargables.
- Meta Platforms — medición de campañas publicitarias (Meta Pixel / API de Conversiones, con datos cifrados).
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — estadísticas de uso del Sitio con Google Analytics y, solo si usás el asistente de IA opcional, generación de sus respuestas con la API de Gemini (se envía el texto de tu pregunta).
- Hotmart — solo para los títulos que se venden a través de esa plataforma.
- Autoridades, cuando la ley lo exija.
5. Cookies
Usamos cookies técnicas necesarias para el funcionamiento del checkout y cookies/píxeles de terceros (Meta Pixel y Google Analytics) para medir campañas y el uso del Sitio. Podés bloquearlas o eliminarlas desde la configuración de tu navegador; el Sitio y la compra siguen funcionando.
6. Transferencias internacionales
Tus datos pueden procesarse en Estados Unidos y en otros países donde operan nuestros proveedores. Para datos de residentes en la UE, nuestros proveedores aplican garantías adecuadas (Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea y/o el EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
7. Conservación
Conservamos los datos de compra durante el tiempo exigido por la normativa contable y fiscal (hasta 10 años) y los datos técnicos y de marketing por un máximo de 26 meses.

Respondemos en un máximo de 30 días. 9. Menores de edad
El Sitio y los Productos están dirigidos a docentes adultos. No recopilamos deliberadamente datos de menores de 18 años.
10. Seguridad
El Sitio funciona íntegramente con HTTPS, los pagos se procesan en la infraestructura certificada PCI-DSS Nivel 1 de Stripe y el acceso a los datos está restringido al personal necesario.
